Easily discover Heart Pieces
To easily find the locations of all Heart Pieces, go to Fanadi's Palace in Hyrule Castle Town and pay her 10 Rupees for a Love fortune. You will then see an area in the game that will contain a Heart Piece around it, obtainable in some fashion. You can keep paying her to show you other locations, but she will sometimes repeat the same location a few times over. Edit
Worms for fishing
If you go into the fishing hole behind the sign at the very entrance there will 3 little mounds of dirt. Turn into the wolf and dig these up, earth worms will appear, scoop them up in an empty bottle and use them as bait for your fishing hook to make fishing extra easy! Edit

You need to be able to get to the City in the Sky. At whenever time you go there, when you come back, it will always be daytime. Edit
Distract the final boss's final form with the fish
The true final boss of this game can be distraced by the fishing rod. Just cast it out while Z-Targeting him and his head will turn to look at the lure. Quickly put away the fishing pole and get in a few quick attacks. Edit

Another Silver Rupee
There is another silver rupee in the Cave of Ordeals(?) once you are, say, 15 rooms in you fight those two baddies with all of the armor on. Once you defeat them become the wolf and sense around the room, there will be a place you can dig and in it will be a Silver Rupee. It is very helpful if you have the magic armor. Edit

This Requires 1.an empty bottle and 2. Epona.When you need the Goron outside of the castle to knock down the rocks so that you can get another pass away . Go back to Kakariko Village and get bo- unced up to the hotspring then dip your bottle in and quickly take it back to the goron because it gos cold quickly and turns into plain water (BAD!!) then you give him it he will get happy and knock down the rocks so you can pass Ta Da. Death Mountain (Approx 120 Rupees)
Halfway up Death Mountain you should find the Howling Stone. Up above there should be a baby Goron. Get up next to him with a Clawshot and run along the ledge back towards Kakariko. There should be about 6 rocks or so. Pick them all up and they should each hold a Red Rupee (20) Edit
Cave of Trials (Approx 600 Rupees)
Where you warp into the Gerudo Desert. It's a good way to earn lots of money. Also hones ur skills on how to defeat the baddies. Edit
Boulders (Approx 40 Rupees)
Blow up any huge boulders u see on ur journeys for some quick cash Edit
Golden Bugs (50 Rupees for 1, 100 if you complete a pair)
One of the easiest ways to make money is to "sell" these bugs to that little girl in Castle Town. It's an easy 150 Rupees for a pair of bugs Edit
STAR game (100 Rupees per win)
Play this game located near the east entrance of Castle Town. Before u run into the old man who asks for donations, head south and you'll see the tent. To me, this is the fastest way to get money. You can make 100 Rupees every minute or so.. every 33 seconds for me ;D You can make about 1000 Rupees until it gets really hard.. actually more than that Edit
Vultures (Approx 40 Rupees)
Kill a whole flock of vultures and Rupees will fall down. I even get arrows

How to get a faster time [Double Clawshot needed]
In the 2nd phase of the STAR game [located on the eastern section of Castle Town] the glowing orbs are scattered everywhere it seems. THERE IS ONLY 1 PATH TO MASTERING IT! When you first start, there are 3 white orbs in a triangle-ish formation in front of you. Get the bottom left one. Now turn around and get the rest of the white orbs. They should all be lined up and ready to grab in one shot. Next is Red, Gold, Blue, White, Red, Gold [towards the bottem left], Blue, White, Red, and finally the Gold orb in the center of the ceiling. Drop down and you will collect the remaining Gold orbs. I'm down to 33 seconds and got bored of it. I don't know how much further it gets. You win 100 Rupees everytime u beat it Edit

Just find a lonely archer goblin and dodge his shots. The arrows will stick in the ground....waiting for you to pick it up. The Adult Wallet can be obtained after defeating the giant Twilight Bug at Lake Hylia. Go to Hyrule Castle Town as a human, then go to the southeast alleyway and look for a door. Go inside and give Agatha any Golden Bug you have caught and she will give you an Adult Wallet (Big Wallet), capable of holding 600 Rupees. One Golden Bug is outside the south entrance of Castle Town, on the top of a large vine covered column. Blow up the rocks with a bomb and a Golden Ladybug will come out. It will resemble a point of light. Hit it with the boomerang and grab it with A. There are also two Golden Ants in Kakariko and Kakariko graveyard. To get the Giant Wallet, give Agatha all 24 Golden Bugs. Edit

After receiving a letter about new events near Zora's Domain, go to the fishing spot downstream. It is through a door in a cliff just east of the canoe rentals. After reaching the fishing pond, go inside the nearest building and talk to the guide. Decline her offer to fish. Walk into the top right corner of the room and press C to look at the board game on the shelf. The guide will instruct you to play "RollGoal", a mini-game designed mostly to show the capabilities of the Wii-mote. Edit

Score 25 points playing Iza's boat game by shooting jars on the way down to Lake Hylia. Yellow jars are worth 1 point and red jars are worth 2 points. After you score 25 points Iza's helper will allow you to carry double the bombs in all of your Bomb Bags. Enter the large tent in Southeast Hyrule Castle Town and play the "STAR" mini-game. If you have the Clawshot, win level 1 of the mini-game to unlock the Big Quiver, with a 60 arrow capacity. If you have the Double Clawshot, win level 2 of the mini-game to unlock the Giant Quiver, with a 100 arrow capacity. Edit

There should be 7 howling stones. The first you get near the forest temple in Faron Woods. The rest are located as follows:

Lake Hyrule - South of the warp point on a rock outcropping

Hidden City - behind a building on your right as you enter. Break the windows in it to get behind.

Faron Woods - Before you enter the sacred grove; right after you jump across the platforms with the golden chicken. (Might be able to get this one earlier when you are a wolf)

Death Mountain - On the path leading up to Death Mountain. Pretty easy to see just keep your eyes open.

Snowpeak - At the top of the path leading up to Snowpeak. Go to the warp point and go back through the door. Turn to your right a little bit and go forward.

Zora's River - Warp to Upper Zora's River in the Lanayru Province. Run pretty much forward (a little to the left) to a rock outcropping that hangs over the river.

Make sure you check all of them a second time if you don't have all 7 moves yet. I thought I hadn't found two stones but it turns out I hadn't done the Zora's river and Hyrule Lake.
